Prenatal massage is designed to address the unique aches and pains that arise during pregnancy. This therapy can help alleviate muscle tension, reduce discomfort, lower stress levels, and enhance blood flow and circulation. To ensure your comfort, we use supportive pillows to assist you in side-lying positions, tailored to your preference.

Emily is a Registered Massage Therapist with nearly a decade of experience in the field. After moving to Toronto from her hometown of North Bay, Ontario, she earned her diploma from Kikkawa College. Now back in North Bay, she is eager to share her knowledge and skills with her community.

Growing up an avid athlete has shown her the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle and listening to your body. She takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, taking into account the whole person and tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each individual. Emily likes to collaborate with her clients by providing remedial exercises to achieve overall health and wellness in the long term. She is enthusiastic about encouraging mind-body connection and self-awareness in her clients.

In addition to her practice, Emily is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in continuing education to expand her skills and knowledge. She has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University to allow her to use a neurofunctional approach in treatments in order to further stimulate the nervous system and promote healing.

While not at work, Emily loves spending time in nature by hiking, camping, travelling and staying active by working out. She also enjoys reading, photography and spending time with her dog.
